Renting

The lease of land in free trade zones is carried out on the basis of a public auction. 

Through the lease, a part - the lessor - rents and the other part - the tenant - takes up rent for a maximum of 5 years.

Rental conditions:

  • The minimum rental period is 1 month and the maximum of 5 years.

1.Land Rental Rates

-for areas less than 500 sq m - 3 euros/ sq m / month;

-for areas between 501 sq m - 1000 sq m - 2 euros/ sq m / month;

-for areas between 1001 sq m - 1500 sq m - 1 euro /sq m / month;

-for areas between 1501 sqm - 2000 sq m - 0,9 euros /sq m / month;

-for areas larger than 2000 sq m - 0,8 euros / sq m / month


2.Construction rental rates:

A.Modular offices

The minimum starting value of the auction for rental of bouildings(modular offices) is:

For offices with an area of 18 sq m:

-260 euros / month for periods up to 1 year;

-234 euros / month for periods between 1 year and 3 years;

-208 euros / months for periods between 3 and 5 years;

For offices with an area of 36 sq m:

-300 euros / month for period up to 1 year;

-270 euros /  month for periods between 1 year and 3 years;

-240 euros /  months  for periods between 3 years and 5 years.

B. Warehouse/Metal Halls

The minimum starting value of the auction for rental of buildings (warehouses/storage halls) is:

-2,5 euros / sq m/ month for period up to 6 months;

-2,2 euros / sq m/ month for period between 6 months and 1 year;

-1,9 euros / sq m/ month for period between 1 year and 3 years;

-1,71 euros / sq m/ month/ for period between 3 years and 4 years;

-1,52 euros / sq m/ month for periods longer than 4 years.

C. Paved platforms/concrete

The minimum starting value of the auction for rental paved platforms/concrete is:

-1 euros / sq m/ month for periods up to 6 months;

-0,80 euros / sq m/ month for periods between 6 months and 1 year;

-0,50 euros / sq m/ month for periods between 1 year and 3 years;

-0,45 euros / sq m/ month for periods between 3 years and 4 years;

-0,40 euros / sq m / month for periods longer than 4 years.

Lease auctions are organized periodically, based on existing requests.
