Fifth lease agreement in a very short time: TERMOSTAMPI ROM leases a concrete platform on the Curtici Platform - 2.11.2026
Today, R.A. Administrația Zonei Libere Curtici-Arad (the Curtici-Arad Free Zone Administration) signed its fifth lease agreement in a very short time. The agreement covers an 83 sq m fenced concrete platform on the Curtici Platform, leased by TERMOSTAMPI ROM, a concessionaire of the Free Zone.
The lease was awarded through a public auction held on 26 October 2026 at the Administration’s headquarters. The agreement was signed by Mr. Romulus Tănăsescu, General Director of the Curtici-Arad Free Zone Administration, and Mrs. Brândușa Ghiță, Director of TERMOSTAMPI ROM.
The leased platform will hold the gas tanks needed to heat the factory that TERMOSTAMPI ROM built and operates on the Curtici Platform. With this lease, the Administration directly supports its concessionaire in running its operations under the best conditions.
The Curtici-Arad Free Zone Administration thanks Mr. Fabio Daminelli, Managing Director of the company, and Mrs. Brândușa Ghiță for their trust and long-standing partnership.
A partnership set to grow
The Administration and TERMOSTAMPI ROM are jointly exploring how to expand their partnership in the coming period, through the possible lease of other spaces managed by the Curtici-Arad Free Zone Administration.
This fifth agreement, signed in a very short time, confirms the Administration’s strategic direction: more tenants and concessionaires, higher occupancy and more economic activity in the Curtici-Arad Free Zone, to the benefit of Arad County.
